The Company

WebHawks IT began its journey in 2011 and since then we have been experimenting with our business models as well as developing project based IT product/services for clients locally and abroad.

In 2015, we officially incorporated in Bangladesh; in the same year we introduced our TeamSourcing IT service business model in Japan and USA. Our TeamSourcing business model complements the traditional IT outsourcing model that allows clients to access dedicated team and higher profit margin.

Most of our IT services are produced and delivered from Bangladesh to cancel "the" clients around the globe: Japan; USA; Canada; Hong Kong; Germany and Australia.

Made a team of four web developers with a small office of 1,300 square feet in Bangladesh.

2013

Started WebHawks Labs.

2014

Officially started in business operation in Bangladesh in a shared office space.

Tested & implemented new business operation model “TeamSourcing” & started developing our own products

2015

Incorporated in Japan & USA. Full operation started with a office size of 4,000 square feet.

Started “LicenseSourcing & PartnerSourcing” two new operation model & R&D Business Automation Suite for Small and Large Enterprise

2016

Five offices in five different country, 10,000 square feet office.

2.5% of the world’s population lives in Bangladesh in approximately 55 thousand square kilometers. Surprisingly, the average age of the population is 25 – 27 years. Besides having an economic growth average of 6% every year; the economy is emerging very fast.

The youth needs to be aligned as a competitive advantage and we believe our business model has tremendous scope to scale our IT service in different sectors of IT development and maintenance for small and big enterprise.

Bangladesh, one of the most densely populated countries produces thousands of IT graduates each year. As a result, the local job market is very competitive; moreover, skilled professionals face challenges in terms of job environment, and opportunity to grow. In WebHawks IT, we focus on the career growth of our talents and on the creation of more opportunities for them to work in a global market.
